Scheduling your workflow
Once you complete the customization step you will be taken to the Workflows page to schedule your workflow.
Above the workflow name is grey text with the workflow status, Ready to run. This indicates your workflow has not been activated yet.
To schedule your workflow, click the green play button, Run Workflow. The workflow will run immediately and then automatically every 5-10 minutes depending on the ConnectMyApps subscription plan you are on.
The text above the workflow name now says Scheduled in green, and below the name is a description of the last time that workflow was run.
When the workflow is active (scheduled) there will be a red Stop icon. You can pause it at any time by clicking this button.
There are two other buttons to the right of the workflow name. The button with the tool icon, Options, has four choices:
Run Now runs the workflow immediately, one time only.
Customization returns you to the customization tab in the Workflow Wizard.
View History gives you a record of the data that has been transferred as part of that workflow.
Change Schedule lets you set the workflow to run every 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes or on certain days of the week at designated times etc.
The Edit Name Tag button lets you change the name of the workflow you have created.
Tip: If you want to test some dummy data to see if it transfers across, you can click the Options button and choose Run Now to run your workflow immediately one time only.
