Using the CMA Portal

Welcome to our Portal, where you can easily create and check your tickets

When you create a ticket, we'll use the email address you provided. If you're not logged in, don't worry – the email you use will automatically become your Jira account. You can then set a password and log in to see all your tickets.

 

Search for guides/articles

When you enter the Portal, you can use this search box to find articles and guides that may help you:

If you still didn’t manage to solve the issue, you can create a ticket.

 

Create a ticket

  1. Just pick the right option and fill out the form.

  2. Hit submit, and you're good to go!

 

View my tickets

To see your tickets, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Portal.

  2. On the upper-right side, you'll spot 'Requests.'

  1. Click there to find all your tickets.

If you made the ticket while signed in, you'll land on this page right away:

 

If you weren't logged in, no worries! Just sign in, and your tickets will be waiting. Look at 'View my tickets' for guidance.

You can use this page to view all comments and participants on the ticket.
