How to delete a workflow

If you have created a workflow you don't need, it's simple to delete it. In this case we have used Zoho CRM and Kashflow, but it goes for any other applications.

 

  1. Login into CloudManager

     

  2. Go to Workflow in the menu

     

  3. Click the cog button inside the workflow

     

  4. Go to Delete

     

  5. Click the Delete button

 

Note: Deleting a workflow will not change any data already transferred. Once a workflow is deleted it will not send any more data.

If you get an error message when trying to delete an workflow, it is most likely a customized workflow and will have to be deleted by support. Please contact us at support@connectmyapps.com.

Deleting a workflow will not close your ConnectMyApps account or cancel your subscription. If you want to cancel your subscription please send an email to post@connectmyapps.com
