How to re-authenticate Shopify

1. Login into CloudManager: https://cloudmanager.connectmyapps.com
   
   

   Open

   

2. Go to Applications in the menu
   
   

   Open

   

3. On your Shopify app click the gear wheel button
   
   

4. Enter your Shopify Shop Name and Access Token press the Authenticate button
   
   

5. You should see a pop-up block in green or red on the page indicating if the authentication was successful or not.

6. Next, go to the Workflows page to restart your workflow.
   
   

7. Now, press the run button, highlighted in the red box to run the integration once, if it succeeds The “Error - click to view“ text should disappear and the text should say “ready“
   
   

   Once the status has changed to “ready“, you can press the Scheduler button, highlighted in green. To re-activate automatic execution of the integration.
